Aromatherapy is also known as Essential oil therapy. It involves the utilization of concentrated essential oils that are refined from plants. Aromatherapy improves health problems such as anxiety or poor sleep. In this treatment either you’ve to breathe or apply these oils to your skin. Essential oils are made from herbs, flowers, petals, peels, and the roots of the plant. This oil captures the compound which produces the fragrance of the plants.
